Realplayer does not work and has affected my computer

Since installing Realplayer I cannot login, I cannot listen to wav or mp3 files on my laptop at all and I cannot seem to fix. I received the error below when i was installing. I purchased repair software to restore this DLL and I cannot determine if it is fixed. When i try to sign in I get the error seen below., This is frustrating.
