Realplayer does not work and has affected my computer

When i try to start the replayer desktop service i get this error

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Also, please make sure you have all of your Windows updates are installed.
