Realplayer does not work and has affected my computer

As a result, I cannot login to realplayer

 

 

 

I ran a fix to restore the above referenced DLL and it doesn’t seem to have worked. I get this error

  First off, please ensure you have installed all of your Windows updates.

  Once that is done, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
