UNKNOWN ERROR 2131042562

 I do not know what to do about this and i hope you can tell me what is neccsary. Have when through the process to burn dvd and just as it is finishing up it stops and tell me"unknown error 21310422562"!  Have ruin 6 dvds really need help

  This error usually happens when the DVD disks are faulty or if the DVD burner is the problem. To ascertain that the issue is not RealPlayer's installation, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
