I got a new Acer computer a couple of months ago so I've still been downloading songs but today I had to reset my computer so now I've been reinstalling everything so I need you to move me back up to premium,. That's it, just a simple problem , thanks

  All you need to do is sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Your account is associated with your gmail email address. Here are instructions to sign in:
