Real Player Plus

I bought real player plus couple years ago, I had to reset my pc back to factory settings, now it's trying to make me buy real player plus again. Even my account says that  i only have free version but I have the email saying thank you for your real player plus  version.

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate the Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
