I can't even open RealPlayer without it shutting down virtually immediately. Never mind try to play or download anything.

HI  when I try to burn a dvd of videos real player will turn of automatically after it begins the process of burning within about 1-2 minutes. It never did this before when I purchased the real player plus plan, I could burn a dvd of videos before this problem of canceling. I uninstalled real player a few times and reinstalled it and still turns off automatically?? Not sure what to do. please help!!!

  RealPlayer is crashing due to some odd file located in your library. We understand that you reinstalled a few times but please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
