Unable to burn DVD and to change email address

I am not able to burn DVD using RealPlayer. I had tried to uninstall RealPayer, cleaned my drive and then reinstall RealPlayer again. Everytime I tried to burn DVD, I got the following message: "Umknown error 2130852354".

I also tried to update my new email address by adding my new email address. However, I was not able to verify it. Every time I tried, it was linked to my old email address "tntqnguyen@sbcglobal.net" that is no longer valid. My new email is tinguyen0209@yahoo.com.

I appreciate your help to resolve these two issues. I hope to hear soon. Thank you very much.

  Regarding the error you are seeing when burning DVDs, this error usually indicates that the problem is with either the DVD disks or the DVD burner it self. To make sure it is not a RealPlayer installation issue, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Also, try a different brand of DVD disks to rule out problems with the disk.
