I am paying for premium ( what can't I burn a dvd ) when it finish it shows an error and want play in dvd player

  Can you please let us know what file types you are burning? Also, can you please let us know what error message you see?

  I have uninstalled real player several times trying to get the burner plugin to work,it worked twice the last time it took forty five minutes and everything seemed to be correct on the burn page,except when the computer is shut down and restarted going to the burn page nothing works,the program freezes cant turn it off except shutting the power off restart and repeat the whole thing

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
