How do I access Downloader Express?

I purchased Downloader Express for $24.99 and received an email on 1-3-20 stating that I now have Downloader Express and telling me to sign in. I don't see it in my apps, only the basic Realplayer. I don't see any difference in download speed or options when I select the download icon on a webpage.

  We see that you purchased Downloader Express under your Gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with that to activate your paid features. Here are instructions to sign in:
