why is my sound going of on all my videos on real player

i have notice when i download videos of real player i get sound cutting off why is this

  Is this happening only on RealPlayer? What happens when you play the same downloaded video using Windows Media Player or any other media player? You can locate your downloaded videos in your Videos folder.

  Can you please try using an alternate media player and let us know what happens. In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from the below link to reinstall RealPlayer.
