Paid for Real Player Plus but can't get it.

2-5-20 I set up a new computer and downloaded Real Player. Then I went back to download Real Player Plus. They took my money then said I already had Plus. Because I had it on my old computer, I can't get it my new computer. They have my money so I would love to have what I paid for, Plus. Thank You Lee

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus associated with your att.net email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer on your new computer to activate the Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
