I am having the same problem. I tried to burn a mp4 file to Dvd and got the follwing message: Device error - Command Timeout; Device may have been removed or reset.

I had tried to remove and delete RealPayer, defrag to celan my drive and the reinstall RealPlayer again. I was able to nurn only one Dvd and got the very same error message again. It is very very annyoing and frustrating. I do not want to have to remove and reinstall Realplayer over and over again! There is no phone number for me to contact some technician who can help me resolve the issue. I had lost too many blank dvd's! The only way for me to address this issue is to post it on RealNetworks for the community. Afterward I have to scroll several pages to search for answers to someone having the same problem! Unless I can find someone having the same problem, I never get any straight answer directly. Your product creates so may hassles and headache, your service SUCKS so BAD!
