unable to get any song or artist
After entering a song or artist and hitting search all I get is the word loading and a slew of ads.

Can you please describe where you are entering the song or the artist name? Are you doing it in the Search button? Can you please send us a screenshot of exactly where you are typing this?

yes I am putting the name in the search button and all I get is the wording loading in the middle of the screen and a slew of ads.

Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer and restart your PC.If the issue persists, please let us know.
