this obsolete program uses the CPU to 100% capacity. It starts automatically, cannot be terminated in the task manager and therefore cannot be deleted. 

How do I get rid of this junk?

dieses veraltete Programm lastet die CPU zu 100% aus. Es startet automatisch, lässt sich nicht im Taskmanager beenden und somit auch nicht löschen. 

Wie werde ich diesen Schrott los?

  ffmpeg is one of the codecs used within RealPlayer. It is quite possible something went wrong with the installation.
