realplayer upgrade to plus

I payed already 35,99 €, but i can not use the upgrade. 

What shall i ido. Sorry for my english. i have not so much experience.

please give me a hand to solve my Problem. i am running Win 10 - 1909.

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address associated with @web.de.

  To activate your Plus features, you will need to sign into RealPlayer with this email address and not your gmail.com address.

  nein - weil ich hin und her geschickt werde und mir nichts hilft

  ich habe plus bezahlt, weiss aber nicht, wie ich es installieren kann
