V18.120.206 UPDATE ISSUES 2020
Hi Guys,
Can you please inform me why every time you guys bring out an update the program just crashes even if you don't update when you send the notice.
I have been using your much loved program for many years now and it gets very frustrating when this happens even when I don't request or install the update. This time it just crashed without me even installing the update.
It is for this reason that I always wait until I see a fix for the new update and then i install and follow that process. NOT THIS TIME....
Is there a fix for this now? Last time you released a way to do it within a couple of days.
Suggestion: Why can't you wait until all the bugs have been sorted before releasing it to avoid all your customer angst seen on this community forum.
I run windows 10 with EDGE....
A prompt reply would be most appreciated...

I have followed your instructions and uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times with restarting each time. The fix below doesn’t work F$%$&@#$ (Very Frustrated)
I have a 64 bit Windows 10 using edge. I have V18.120.206 NOW INSTALLED.
The desktop service Icon is showing and the programs are all installed but nothing is working…
The test video worked using you tube, but the web video download program using the URL on any video will not download.
The last time this happened on your previous update last year (2019) but you had a fix that worked.
Are you able to track back to what the fix was then and resend to me to test on my system please.
