Fail list Key exchange for DVD copy protection unable to download

  It is possible the DVD you are trying to play is of a different region code. To make sure it is not a RealPlayer issue, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
