cannot burn a dvd

Every time I try to burn a dvd I get this message

:  unknown error: 2130984450

I have tried every recommendation on this website and it keeps happening. Any real help would be appreciated.

  You could get this message due to the following reasons:

  1. Bad installation of RealPlayer.

  2. Faulty file that is being burned.

  3. Faulty DVD Disk.

  4. Hardware failure of DVD burn drive.

  To ensure it is not a bad installation, please follow the instructions from the below link to ensure you have a good installation of RealPlayer.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
