RealPlayer 18.1

I installed 18.1 earlier this month, free version.  I am not able to make dvds of videos I have captured and downloaded into my RealPlayer library.  The process will start ("transferring"), then I get an "error" message and the process stops, even for a very SHORT video.

  We see that you have RealPlayer Plus under your email address. Please ensure you are signed into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Plus features. 

  Can you please let us know what error message you get when you burn to a DVD?

  In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from the below link to reinstall RealPlayer.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
