Paid for upgrage bu nothing changes

I paid for an upgrade to the 24.99 version. When I installed I got a message saying I already had an equal version, but I had the FREE version, so I replaced the version on my computer.

Everything is the same...still can't download metadata for tracks, etc.....but I paid 24.99 for an upgrade....nothing changed...just as it was before the upgrade.

  We see an active RealPlayer Downloader Express under jcaplesso@gmail.com. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Downloader Express features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  I had already signed into RealPlayer. There is no difference between the FREE version I was already using and the Express version that I bought. I wasted 24.99.
