shuts off

Often, a CD is wasted because RealPlayer stops or shuts off.

Today again, just as I was about to burn a CD it dissappeared or shut off.

Why. Also, I noticed it is 32 bit instead of 64bit. how can I get it to 64 Bit?

  Even though you have a 64bit O/S, RealPlayer is designed to work on both 32bit and 64bit. There is no separate installer for 64bit.
