Does not open

I would click on the icon and it does nothing? A minute earlier it was working fine. At this point I am unsure if it's because of this Covid-19 overloading the network.

  This has nothing to do with Covid-19. Please restart your computer and try again. If it still doesn't open, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
