I open realplayer and my albums are there but they are all empty?

What happened and can I get my music back?

  Did anything change on your computer recently? Did you change computers or change hardware etc?

  If your music files are still in your PC's hard disk, you should be able to add them back to your RealPlayer library by following the steps from the below link.

  I have it on a couple pcs. But I was also syncing with the cloud and everything is missing.

  I wonder if its because I use to pay they went back to the free version, since I don;t use it as often. It has been a while since I logged in. I go through spells.

  We see that you have a free account. To access Cloud, you should have an active subscription. With our Cloud service, you can only upload videos and photos and not music files.

  That being said, if you have your music on a couple of PCs, you will have to manually transfer them to the PC you want them on.
