Key Exchange Error

I downloaded and installed RealPlayer Plus along with additional components that the installation said needed to be installed to play DVDs. When I try to play a DVD, I get an error message telling me I have a "Key Exchange Error." I have done everything explained on the Support Website to no avail. I played the same DVD on another player yesterday. I switched because I have had good luck with RealPlayer in the past.

  You may get this message when you play a DVD which may not be part of your region. DVDs will play only on players using the same region country code as the actual discs. Would you know what region this DVD is? Does this DVD play on other players?

  The DVD is a Region 1 DVD. I played it on my laptop DVD player yesterday using another DVD player software. I just got done playing part of it on VLC Media Player. For Some reason, RealPlayer will not play it.
