Trimmer File Parsing Error

May 14th 2020,

 

I have the latest Repa version of Real Player. It is loaded with headaches, causing my computer to freeze up.

 

AND the TRIMMER is NOT working. I get the error message "File Parsing error!"  When is this issue going to be fixed?

 

I definitely will not purchase any upgrade if this keeps occurring.

  It is quite possible that the installation didn't go well due to some interuption.

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Regarding the "File Parsing Error", you could get this if there are codecs within the file you are trimming that is not compatible with RealPlayer.

  the file download by realplayer, but I cannot trim it, because parsing error
