Unable to download from YouTube
I paid for Real Player premium.
I've tried the fix to clear my browsing history but it still doesn't work. Closed all windows, shut down, restarted, and still doesn't work. This happened once before. I think clearing browsing history fixed last time but not now.
Please let me know a fix. It seems that I'm not the only one with the same problem.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download? Lastly, please let us know if you are using a web browser or RealPlayer's web videos tab to download videos?

I'm having the same problem. When I first upgraded to the new RealPlayer my downloader worked until I did the first update, then it stopped working. I've had the same problem with earlier versions of RealPlayer. In past versions the "FIX" was to revert to my previous version but then I don't have the advanced features I paid for. I followed the above instructions and provided the info below as well as my version of windows and Google Chrome.
This is definitely a common problem I see in the help forum dating back years. I would think someone would fix the problem. It's NOT a YouTube problem because I was initially able to download. It only stops downloading after I do an update.
