Runtime error! Abnormal program termination
I am using the latest version of Real Player 18. something on a Windows 7 professional PC but it does not want to play the mp4 files recorded from my 'phone. They play fine on my phone. But on Real Player the C++ error comes up and the video just hangs up showing the length of the clip correctly but just not playing either sound or video image. I have deleted Real Player and re-installed with the same result. I have a screen shot which I have attached below. Any advice would be much appreciated. The PC runs on a AMD II x 4 810 processor rated at 2.60 GHz with 6GB RAM
