reinstalled real player/download but does not look like premium I and liked.

I recently had to uninstall Real Player Premium because it would not download videos and giving the message " unable to download this video". After uninstalling you ask why I uninstalled it and was I going to install it again . I've  reinstalled it but it doesn't look like R.P. Premium nor has the features or functions like it did before the uninstall. I would like to know if this is the free version and if so can it returned to the premium version I had ? Please help, thank you.  Mr T Darroch.

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your talktalk email address to activate your Premium features.
