lost my library when I signed into acct via google
no idea what happened whether signed in or not library empty.

Have you uploaded your files to RealCloud? If not, we don't have access to your files. All your files are stored in your hard disk. If they are still in your hard disk, you can scan and add them to your RealPlayer library. Here are instructions to scan files.
