Downloader doesn't work anymore!

I cannot either, and have the same issue with not being able to download videos. It says I have version 24 not 25 (which is what I need to download and fix the bug) but it also says my update is up to date. I feel scammed big time by Real Network. I'm glad I used PayPal because I am going to request my money back. I can't even contact anyone, not even a freaking AI chatbot, to assist me with this issue!! Real has really gone downhill, and I'm looking for another downloader. Any ideas?
