RealPlayer Downlader can't download from YouTube again today.

I have reset my internet, restarted my computer, restarted RealPlayer Downloader and restarted my internet browser.

  I have tried this. It says that I have the latest software. Youtube downloads still do not work.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  I am now able to download from Youtube, but I am not able to select 1080p. The maximum it is currently allowing is 720p.
