How do I stop seeing safrscan.exe -  Application Error  and RealPlayer People Search Indexer has stopped working?

  Please follow the steps from this link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: Choose "Donot index my videos" upon installation when prompted. In addition, if you have any playlists, you will need to recreate them.
