Entry point error - rpsystray.exe

Hi,

Everytime I reset my PC (Windows 10), I receive a pop-up message saying:

RealPlayer: rpsystray.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point avpriv_dnxhd_get_interlaced could not be located in the dynamic link library
C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer\RPDS\Tools\ffmpeg\avformat-56.dll

How can I correct this error?

  First, please ensure you have all of your Windows updates installed. Second, please follow the steps from the below link.

  Please note: You will need to recreate any playlists you may currently have if you follow these steps.
