Download button does not appear

I have changed from ver..2020 to ver. 18 and the download button does not appear, the vidieos are on u tube.

  If the Downloader button is not showing up in your browsers each time you restart your PC, our guess is that either it is disabled in Windows startup or your firewall program is blocking it.

  To check if your Downloader is not disabled, please follow these steps.

  1. Open Task Manager.
  2. Click on Startup tab.
  3. Look for RealDownloader and all other Real components and make sure they are set to "enabled".
  4. Click Task Manager,
  5. Restart RealPlayer and open a browser.

  Please let us know if that helped.

  My Real Downloader file is empty. It is enabled..Cannot play anything on Real Audio .ALL music plays on Youtube. Realplayer is my default. I just upgraded for 39.99.

  Barbara,

  Not sure we understand what you mean by "My Real Downloader file is empty". Can you please send us a screenshot of it so we can better understand? In addition, not really sure what you mean by all music plays on YouTube but won't play on Real Audio. Please provide detailed information so we can help you better.
