    Reinstalling is no use, but I may have found the reason:

    "Boot Parameter" for "RealTimes Desktop Service" is Blank, so RPDSvc.exe can't read "configuration file", then it returns a message "***You must specify a configuration file.***" and terminates.
    What should be specified in "Boot Parameter"?
