Real Player shuts down when trying to play MP3 files

I have RealPlayer (win32) Version 20.0.6.303 (all updates installed) but when I select any MP3 file to play, Real Player seems to crash (just shuts down).

I am using Windows 10 

MP4 files play OK

I have another computer with the same version of Real Player which seems to work OK

Any ideas

  This certainly indicates that your library database is corrupted. To resolve your issue, please follow the steps outlined in the below link.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will need to recreate them.
