  RealPlayer downloader not working, I have already updated the software and it still doesn't work, I have already paid for the downloading service and I am NOT paying again.  Can you help?

  We are happy to announce that the recent issue affecting YouTube downloads has been resolved. 
   
  If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed. 
   
  For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.

  The issue has not been resolved. I have updated everything. Still no downloading from Youtube. It just says "Unable to download."

  I have RealPlayer 24.0.3.312.  Mine has been down over a week.  I tried both suggestion:1. change download speed. 2. change download folder.  None worked.

  Are to download the "Fixed" version or will it start working on its own?

  Same thing , I'm in Italy....it's about two weeks that i am unable to download anything from youtube. Tried to reinstall the program but NOTHING TO DO !!!
