real player 25 unable to download
Hasn't worked for awhile. I used update video downloader.i was able to download 1 video.It's back to unable to download I tried a lower quality and different video location.

I purchased real player plus a few years ago, but when I try to update, I am not allowed to download. How can I correct this problem. Thanks so much.

What error message do you get when you download?
In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.
Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?0 -

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 24. If you installed RealPlayer 25, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 25 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let me know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 25 and install RealPlayer 24. You can install RealPlayer 24 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 24, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
Once you have done the above, please follow these steps to install the latest downloader.
