I have realtimes 22 and all of a sudden the downloader wont download any videos. I have been a repeatd customer for years and this issue always comes up and i always have to upgrade to the newest version. Is there a way for me to fix this without upgrading. Thanks in advance

Please click this link and update your Downloader.

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/8980592526747-Update-RealDownloader

Very Important: Uncheck "New RealPlayer 25" and click Other to install the latest Video Downloader. (If you don't want to upgrade)
