Lost Real Player Update when newer computer purchased.

Back before I had this H-P Z800 computer I had the Real Player update. After the older system no longer worked, I lost the use of the Real Player update. Can't my records you have give me this information? Thanks.

  We don't see any purchases under this email address. You can always download the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.

  パソコンを新しくしたら動画のダウンロードはできるんですがＤＶＤに書き込みが出来ません。

  サインインはされておるようです。サインアウトの案内は出ますので。

  どうしたらいいか悩んでいます。
