Impossible d'ouvrir RealPlayer gratuit

Bonjour à tous.
Depuis plus de un an, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir RealPlayer.
De même, sur YouTube, la petite icône s'activait pour télécharger une vidéo.  Plus rien ne s'ouvre.
J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'application, mais c'est toujours la même chose.
Lors de l'allumage du PC, l'icône apparaît bien à droite de la barre des tâches et un menu contextuel m'invite même à terminer mon inscription (je me suis inscrite il y a des années et j'ai oublié avec quelle messagerie), cependant, lorsque je clique dessus, rien ne s'ouvre.

For more than a year, I can no longer open RealPlayer.
Similarly, on YouTube, the small icon activated to download a video. Nothing opens.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's still the same.
When turning on the PC, the icon appears well to the right of the taskbar and a context menu even invites me to complete my registration (I registered years ago and I forgot with which messenger), however, when I click on it, nothing opens.
