Paid Download Very Slow (Paid on 06.09.2022)

My downloaded for tubes is very slow, only 1.7 to 2.5 MBPS (Speed to download) a tube. About 45minutes tubes took about 1 hour to download in 1080 Mbps. Very slow. I wanted just 720Mbps but I cant find the options. Please help.                           Order Date: 09/05/22
