    I have tried multiple times to over install no luck  , I have completly turned off my anti virus still with no luck, I have realplayer 20/20 , I do not want realplayer 22 since you must pay the fee...

    same problem also ( im using the 20/20 version ) I dont want to update and have to pay again for the plus
