When I click the "Download a video from a web link" button, no window opens for me to paste the URL into. This happened a few weeks ago, then it was fine, now it's back to not working. Any ideas?

YouTube URL can't be found by downloader
I pasted the YouTube URL into the downloader, but it says Can't find video at that web address. I've tried on Firefox and Chrome. Please help!
