Why can Real Player 20/20 not find a TV/Film video that I know does exist? That previous versions of Real Player could, did Puts up the ' Sorry, Real Payer cannot find that video' message.

When I go to Web Videos, ,enter the name of a film, programme, location? It goes into 'Loading' takes too long to do so or give explanation why? Does same after 5 program delete/ installs.
