Hello I just bought an update from Real Player Free and paid just over $ 27. But how do I install the update? I got this email from you: "Hi leifnorin, You now have RealPlayer Downloader Express. Sign in to RealPlayer Downloader Express to get your RealPlayer Downloader Express features. " But how do I log in: "RealPlayer Downloader Express"? Best regards, Leif Norin.

as above, but you have an imbecile running this site. 2 months I bought real player plus I downloaded the software no problem. When I checked for updates I lost my plus and you stopped my previous from working. after i got fed up i paid for another download i receved conformation from pay pal and an email from you to log in to activate my purchase, then i got exposed to an abortion of a website that is designed by my 4 year old grandson. i am going to hit face book twitter and anything i can fined, including pay pal. Fore once everyone will know how you treat your costumers. i was a moderator on three web sites and support for a intranet site. You already have a RealPlayer Downloader Express under @bell.net email address. You don't need the newly purchased Downloader Express under @gmail.com. I have cancelled and refunded your recently purchased product.
You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your @bell.com address to activate the paid features.

You are not only you are very stupid, you did not eve reed my post. you say it is the first time i have complaint to you how dos 100 sound to you. i also said i had the new plus software, and what happen. i have loged out and loged in for months. you have no problem pushing drivers before i can download anything. my email is castor@bell.net your attention span is that of a fly it is not .com. why don't you save us a lot of aggregation and send me a hyperlink so i can download my software that i have paid for, or you don't know what that is, ask someone there. you have don no one was able to do, and that is swear. please i am trying to make DVD for my grand doter.

Mr Sharma. Let me start from the BEGINNINGH, I don’t know why you guys don’t communicate with each other. All start from the beginning, purchased a copy of Realtimes plus as always, it worked fine, then I checked for update, and I was back in the Stone Age, my old plus was disabled. Plus the new18 was now 16. I tried to remedy the problem by down loading 18 again, I went to the website no way, I then went and logged in to my account to perches a new copy but it said you already have the 18 plus, then these little squares started to spin for hours, and many days, till I thought I was going to have a heart attack. So I paid for another, which I was reimbursed yesterday because you found that I had previously down loaded plus. Now if all of the back and forth was read there would be no need for me swearing, and calling you guys incompetent, because the programmers are idiots I had 30 programmers working for me, the whole idea was simplicity not for the programmers, but the recipients. My costumers were all banks, and they used my intranet for their partners, I was the support, all the requests came to me. My hardest problem was explaining to them because you understand your creation, it dos not mean your costumers well learn code, my background was all my life self-employd, my company was before the internet, I used ISDN lines for the intranet. To bad I am old now 78 years old, or I still be in the business. The last guys I asked for their opinions on projects were the programmers, we would do a sketch and ask them to go from a to be, this way they became the recipients. The hardest time I had was With Y2K, the banks programmers were convinced it was Armageddon, I was convinced it was not passable, since there were no dates programmed for the 21 century the algorithms would continue as usual forward, and not back. So I went for vacation to Africa. they drove me nuts. Ps next time you should include a sound balance like the one for CDS were you can highlight and balance I am now working on compiling music for cars with a small program by allocating an addition so the songs will ignore the alphabet and fallow 1 0 by there desire to listen. It would be a great seller yes there are some on the market but you need PHD, to run them.

I purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express a while back. After being prompted to download the latest update my premium features have disappeared and I now see an Upgrade to Premium banner. I need help resolving this and restoring what I already paid for.
Please promptly email me about this so this can be resolved quickly. I shouldn't have to leave a public comment and wait for a reply in order to receive support for a service I've paid for and is no longer working.0 -

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Downloader Express features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.
