'Requested URL is not valid' error message
Why do I get a "Requested URL is not valid" error message in RealPlayer?
If you receive the error message "Requested URL is not valid", this means that RealPlayer could not understand this web address (URL). RealPlayer can link to a valid web address such as http://www.real.com.
If you get this error, try clearing your internet cache and then load the page again. If you continue to get the error message, let the webmaster or content creator know that the URL is not working.
