Why won't RealTimes (RealPlayer) play, burn, or convert a video I downloaded?

Sometimes, when you download a video, the downloaded file may be corrupt or "empty" and will not play. These types of files also can't be burned to DVD or be converted to other formats.

If you cannot play, burn, or convert a file that you downloaded, you may need to delete the file and re-download it from the original website.

If you want to burn .webm files to DVD, you will first need to convert them to .mp4 files.
