When I download videos from some sites, they download as .webm files instead of .mp4 files and won't play. What can I do?

Each website determines the file type of the videos it hosts on its site; RealPlayer has no control over the format in which videos are downloaded.

To play .webm files in RealPlayer, update RealPlayer 18 to the latest version by downloading it from www.real.com.

If you want to burn .webm files to DVD, you will first need to convert them to .mp4 files.
